2025 Northern Terrace HOA Board of Directors Election

Candidate Statements for the 2025 Northern Terrace Homeowners Association Election are now available for review.  Homeowners are strongly encouraged to listen to board meetings and conduct independent research before casting their votes.

Be aware that many social media pages and Facebook groups restrict participation and commenting, allowing only certain candidates to engage. This creates an unfair bias in favor of the current board members—similar to the recent promotion of a “Board Candidate Q&A Session” which was open exclusively to those already holding seats.
